Terms and conditions

  • This service is subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
    The minimum fee is €10, and it may vary depending on the room type selected.
  • Available up to 72 hours before arrival.
  • Confirmation will be sent via email within 7 days prior to your arrival.
  • Valid only for bookings of one room.
  • If your request involves an upgrade the amount will be subject to the same cancellation policy as your original booking.
  • If the requested room number is within the same category as the one originally booked, payment can be made at check-in.
  • If we are unable to assign you the selected room, we will offer another as similar as possible to your choice.
