Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes, it is possible to check in earlier from 10:00 for a €40 supplement, as well as extend check-out until 14:00 for the same fee, always subject to availability. One Shot Friends members also enjoy exclusive benefits, such as room access from 12:00 and check-out until 13:00, also subject to availability.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, luggage storage in Madrid is free for our guests. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out and collect it on the same day.
