We do not have our own parking, but we have an agreement with Parking Serrano-Retiro, located a 5-minute walk from the hotel, with access via Calle Alcalá, 73. As a guest at our hotel in Madrid’s Salamanca district, you can benefit from a discount.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
You can check in earlier from 10:00 or extend your check-out until 14:00 for a €40 supplement, always subject to availability. In addition, One Shot Friends members enjoy exclusive benefits, such as room access from 12:00 and check-out until 13:00, also subject to availability.
Can I leave my luggage in storage?
Yes, luggage storage is free for our guests and is available on both arrival and departure days. You can leave your bags and collect them on the same day with complete convenience.
