Situated in a 16th-century baroque mansion covering nearly 4,500 m², this boutique hotel has been carefully restored to preserve original elements such as Mudejar arches, coffered ceilings, and interior courtyards. These historic features are complemented by warm materials such as wood, marble, and black metalwork.
Lalola Restaurant
Led by Chef Javier Abascal, Lalola offers innovative traditional cuisine, based on premium-quality ingredients and specialising in Iberian pork. The restaurant strives to achieve a perfect balance of flavours, aromas, and colours.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: from 8:00 h to 11:00 h.
Restaurant
From 9 June to 25 July and from 11 to 25 August, the restaurant will open for dinner service only, from 19:30 h to 23:00 h.
From 26 July to 10 August, the restaurant will remain closed.
These closures do not affect the breakfast service for hotel guests, which will continue to operate as usual.

Yes, reception is open 24 hours a day, so you can check in at any time from 14:00 onwards.
Can I leave my luggage if I arrive early or leave later?
Yes, as a guest, we can store your luggage free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, provided it is collected on the same day.
When is the pool open and are towels available?
The rooftop pool is open from 13 March to 1 November, from 11:00 to 21:00. Towels are also available with a €20 cash deposit per towel.
