Your responsibilities will include:
- Check-in and check-out.
- Reservation management.
- Guest reception.
- Telephone assistance.
- Invoicing.
- Cash handling and balancing.
- Night audit.
- Other duties related to the position.
What we expect from you:
- Education: Degree in Tourism or similar.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position.
- Languages: High level of English (spoken and written). Other languages will be an asset.
- Availability: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- Valued knowledge: Experience with PMS Ulyses Cloud.
- Profile: Customer-oriented person, responsible, and with good interpersonal skills.

Head of Reception

Main duties:
- Reception duties.
- Monitoring, supervising and training staff under your responsibility.
- Promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Cash control and balancing.
- Reviewing intermediary commissions.
- Credit management and debt collection.
- Completing the INE survey.
- Managing online reputation.
- Communication with the company’s central departments.
- Other duties related to the role.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Degree or Diploma in Tourism.
- Minimum experience: at least 2 years.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Customer-oriented, proactive, responsible and personable.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with the PMS Ulyses Cloud is desirable.

Hotel Maintenance Technician – Madrid (New Opening)

Main duties:
- Maintenir les installations en bon état de fonctionnement.
- Effectuer les tests nécessaires pour garantir le fonctionnement sûr et efficace des installations.
- Contrôler les consommations (électricité, gaz/gazole, eau, pertes d’énergie, fuites d’eau, etc.).
- Entretenir et réaliser la maintenance des installations et des biens.
- Autres tâches liées au poste.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher/Intermediate Vocational Training
- Minimum experience: 2 years in a similar role in hotels, large buildings, or large facilities
- Previous experience in masonry and carpentry
- Knowledge of HVAC, domestic hot water systems, and electricity is an advantage
